Because:-

1) I just opened this board yesterday as it happens  Cheesy

2) Perhaps there are no complaints about the content

3) And I just found out the forum was locking out new registrants (not sending confirmation emails) and also not emailing me

Dohh. I think we will need an uninstall / reinstall here - too hard to fix those issues I'm afraid.
